Big Daddy took the day off so we could go and enjoy the Christmas splendor together. We took the back roads to Shelton, just for the fun of it.
There was a lighted Christmas tree maze (the main reason we decided to go). They won the Guinness Book world record for most lit Christmas trees in one place. Unfortunately, it was outside and it was absolutely pouring! We got really wet. There was live music, inside, and vendors, and food, and free crafts.
I think families would have a really fun time going.
We bought some soap, a cool ice candle, jewelry from some preteens, and had some hot chocolate.
Hopefully next year isn't so rainy so the maze will be more fun!
