Sour Dough Bread Attempt #6

Okay, I finally managed to start a decent starter. The Sour Dough Bread website really helped.

The bread isn't all that pretty to look at. I will have to brush it will butter or egg wash next time.

It may not be pretty but it tastes good! Here's my first attempt. That bread was extremely dense. The bread this time rose nicely.

It sure is alot easier to just use active dry yeast! But where's the fun in the easy way?!

I'm gonna make Sour Dough Pancakes and Sour Dough Blueberry Muffins next. I'll let you know how they turn out :)
